For white gold and damaged jewelry, we will require a minimum of one to two weeks to ensure that your jewelry is expertly serviced. Rest assured, we will provide you with a scheduled pick up time or home delivery so you can reclaim your piece at your convenience.
If your yellow or rose gold piece simply requires a routine cleaning, we will promptly return it to you in pristine condition within 30 min.
